Beginner Puppy training was fabulous with a practical and caring approach. Thank you, Patricia, our trainer, for your guidance and patience.
My dog/puppy (Henry) and I just finished “beginner dog training” with Patricia. She was wonderful, but strict enough to make us want to practice at home so as not to disappoint her! (Or embarrass ourselves by not practicing!) my 4 month old puppy Henry can now sit, lay down, stay, wait, come, loose leash walk for short periods of time (normal)… and roll over, shake paw, other paw and perform puppy push ups! Incredible. We have signed up for “Intermediate dog training” with Patricia as well! Really looking forward to it!
Went to Beginner and Intermediate classes for my puppy with Patricia and absolutely recommend the service. Patricia was not only knowledgeable but helped with any puppy questions I had (and I had a lot!) and gave my dog all the attention she needed. Highly recommend!

Back to top I was feeling owerwhelmed with my two puppies, and was beginning to wonder if I would ever be able to get them to behave. I started to look for training in Burlington but most services were way over my budget. Then I noticed PetSmart offered training so I decided to give it a chance and was blown away by how professional and knowledgeable Patricia Gallinger-Giao was. She is excellent and worked miracles with my two dogs which now behave, and my family is enjoying them so much more. I am currently doing the next level of training for the intermediate class, and my dogs cannot wait to get to training. I give this location a FIVE star rating.
We took our rescue pup, Holly, here for Beginner Training with Patricia. Patricia is amazing! She is so calm and patient with all of the dogs, and she really put my mind at ease. I was a bit nervous to take Holly to our first session (she’s a big girl with a past we’re still learning about), but she did so well and learned so much. Patricia is an excellent trainer, and the difference in Holly’s behaviour from Day 1 to now has been night and day. We look forward to using the tools we’ve learned to keep up the good work, will be continuing on to Intermediate Training later this summer.
